Common questions

Can we change tax accountants mid-year?

Yes, but prior filings, ledgers, the fixed-asset register, opening balances, notification copies, and e-Tax notices should be identified first. Timing should be decided from document and deadline readiness, not the calendar alone.

Can work begin before every document is available?

Confirmed work can proceed while missing evidence and items requiring professional advice are separated. Missing facts are not filled with assumptions.

What is included in annual closing?

The annual package includes financial statements, corporate and local tax returns, consumption tax filing where applicable, and year-end adjustment for one person. See the pricing page for statutory reports, depreciable-asset filings, and other scope limits.

Must the tax accountant recheck every transaction from scratch?

Routine items are shown with their supporting evidence and treatment, while missing documents, material amounts, competing interpretations, and tax elections are highlighted. The engaged professional decides the final review scope.
